episode 36: Stewart Copeland

I had the great opportunity to meet a real rockstar this time!

Stewart Copeland sat down with me at his hotel while on tour with his new project Gizmodrome with Adrian Belew and Mark Kingand and it turned out to be a very humorous encounter with so many facets of art: composing music or playing music, planning thing or letting things happen, hating or loving jazz, scoring films or writing a ballet. Whether it’s his razor sharp hihat or his witty mind — this talk was full of joy, so expect revelations, wit, anecdotes, advice, explanations and lots of fun!

What you have to know before you listen to The Police the next time? How to score a film? How to convince Sting you had some great drumfills on record? It’s all in here folks!
